Geoff Oxnam
Founder & CEO
Geoff Oxnam is a microgrid project developer and former utility executive with more than two decades of experience in energy, utilities, telecommunications and infrastructure. Geoff has managed strategic planning, operations, marketing and communications efforts for utility, telecommunications and environmental organizations. Geoff earned a BA in History from Williams College (Williamstown, Mass.) and an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School (Baltimore, Md.). Maryland Governor Larry Hogan appointed Geoff to chair the Maryland Clean Energy Center board of directors and to sit on the board of the Maryland Energy Innovation Institute.
Nate Mills
Operations
Nate is a program management and leadership expert with more than two decades of experience leading technically complex engineering efforts from design through construction. A former Navy officer, his most recent work involved directing procurement and construction of submarines and their supporting systems. Following his first 10 years as a submarine officer, he held roles overseeing ship maintenance, repair, and contract management. Nate holds a Naval Engineer's degree and an SM in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MS in Earth and Planetary Sciences from the University of New Mexico, and a BS in Geology from Cornell University.
Connor Sheehan
Project Management
Connor is a project manager and former Air Force logistics officer with experience working on projects with teams from around the United States and its allies. He was handpicked to serve in unique leadership positions with oversight on projects involving supply chain management, finance, and contracting. Connor is a decorated former collegiate athlete having won 3 championships playing Division 1 football while earning a BA in History of Science from Harvard University.
Drushti Rane
Project Analyst
Drushti is a Project Analyst with academic experience in utility scale energy modelling projects and expertise in data analysis. Drushti comes from a strong engineering background with a B.S in Aerospace Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology with over 100 hours of flight training experience working towards her Private Pilot License. Drushti also has a passion for sustainability and renewable energy technologies and holds a M.S in Energy Systems Management from the University of San Francisco where she worked on interdisciplinary projects on clean energy solutions using knowledge from her courses in Energy Law and Energy Finance, other university level courses focused on renewable energy systems.
Bruno Taborga
Project Finance Analyst
Bruno is a financial executive, with several years of experience in large-scale power companies and consulting firms in Latin American markets for KPMG, AES, and Mainstream Renewable Power. Bruno specializes in project finance, financial modeling, mergers & acquisitions, and treasury. Bruno earned his Industrial Engineer degree with a major in mechanics from The Catholic University of Chile.
Marcus Lee
Project Coordinator
Marcus Lee is a Project Coordinator for American Microgrid Solutions as he transitions from active duty as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Marcus has served over eight years as a Fire Support Man and Joint Terminal Attack Controller. During his time in service, he has operated in more than 15 countries across four separate deployments. He is currently enrolled in Wake Tech where he is obtaining his AS in Business Management as well as Science. Marcus plans to finish his BS in Business Management and Electrical Engineering at North Carolina State University. Marcus has a passion for helping the world become safer and more functional while bringing everyone together. In his free time, Marcus enjoys snowboarding and scuba diving as a hobby.
Paul Hanrahan

Prior to Globeleq, he founded and subsequently sold American Capital Energy & Infrastructure, a private equity group focused on global investments in energy infrastructure investments. From 2002-2011, Paul served as the CEO of The AES Corporation, a 30,000-person global power company with assets in 30 countries.
